Privacy information for Xtweep users and creators.

This privacy page explains in clear language how Xtweep may collect, use, store, review, and remove information when operating accounts, media access, purchases, subscriptions, moderation, support, and security across the service.

1. Information connected to your account

When you create or use an Xtweep account, the service may process information such as your username, display name, email address, profile image, account settings, playlists, saved items, follows, subscriptions, purchases, channel preferences, and similar account-level details needed to present your profile and keep your access working correctly. If you edit your account, change visibility settings, update content prices, or switch creator options, the platform may store those changes so future visits reflect the latest state of your account.

Xtweep may also process session information and general usage records needed to keep the service stable, prevent abuse, diagnose account issues, and protect users against unauthorized activity. This can include timestamps, access state, notification state, security checks, moderation actions, and other operational records that support reliable sign-in, content permissions, support review, and fraud prevention. Xtweep does not need to expose sensitive infrastructure details on the front end in order to run these protections.

2. Media publishing, galleries, previews, and access control

If you are a creator, Xtweep may process the media and publishing information you submit so the platform can display and protect your uploads. That can include titles, captions, thumbnails, gallery ordering, preview assets, cover images, chosen visibility, subscriber-only settings, locked purchase settings, future price changes, and related metadata required to show public previews while limiting the full file to the correct audience. If you remove or edit content, the service may retain limited operational records needed to preserve purchase history, moderation records, or account integrity.

If you are a viewer or buyer, Xtweep may process the access rights tied to your account so you can continue to open content you have lawfully purchased or gained through an active subscription. Existing buyers should not lose completed access merely because a creator later changes a future price for the same upload. Access control records may therefore be stored to distinguish between current pricing, prior successful transactions, active plan entitlements, and content moderation actions that may later affect visibility.

3. Payments, billing records, and account notices

Xtweep may use payment-related records necessary to confirm one-time purchases, maintain subscription status, record renewal state, keep creator earnings records accurate, investigate billing disputes, and restore access when a valid payment has already been completed. The platform may store references linked to a payment event, transaction result, amount, access outcome, and timing information needed for accounting and entitlement management. Xtweep is not required to show private backend or provider-facing implementation details to end users for these functions to operate correctly.

Where billing, support, moderation, or account issues require follow-up, Xtweep may send email notices related to confirmation of support tickets, account actions, moderation outcomes, purchase state, subscription status, or similar service communications. These messages are part of operating the platform and may be retained for a reasonable period where needed to document service activity, resolve disputes, or confirm that a requested action was completed.

4. Reports, moderation, support tickets, and enforcement

Xtweep provides reporting and moderation tools so users can flag uploads that may be unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with site rules. When a report is submitted, the platform may store the reason selected, any details provided, the reporting account, the affected upload, and the eventual moderation decision. Administrators may use those records to hide a post, delete it, dismiss the report, or suspend a creator or user temporarily or permanently depending on the seriousness of the case.

Contact messages submitted through the contact page may include your name, email, selected reason, and message content. Xtweep may use this information to review support, privacy, billing, moderation, or account requests and to send a response where appropriate. Tickets may be removed from the system after a limited period when no further action is needed, including automatic cleanup of unattended tickets. Limited records may still be retained where necessary to document abuse, legal compliance, repeated violations, or prior support outcomes.

5. Retention, security, adult-use restriction, and updates

Xtweep is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using the service, you acknowledge that age restriction and accept that Xtweep may use reasonable verification, enforcement, restriction, and moderation measures to protect the platform and its users. Information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, content access, transaction integrity, moderation, legal compliance, platform security, or legitimate operational needs. Different categories of information may therefore be kept for different periods depending on why they were created.

Xtweep may update this privacy page from time to time as features, workflows, moderation tools, billing systems, or service operations evolve. Updated wording will apply from the time it is published on the site unless a different effective approach is required by law. If you need help about privacy, support, moderation, or account questions, you can use the contact page on the site. Xtweep currently does not publish a physical public office address on the platform, so support and policy communication are handled digitally through the website and email channels.
