Core terms for using Xtweep.

These terms explain the basic rules, responsibilities, payment principles, moderation rights, and account standards that apply when viewers, creators, buyers, and subscribers use Xtweep.

1. Eligibility, adult-use requirement, and account accuracy

Xtweep is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to access, create an account, upload content, purchase locked media, subscribe to a creator, or otherwise use the platform. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use Xtweep, you represent that you meet that age requirement and that the details you provide for your account are accurate enough for Xtweep to operate the service, communicate with you, and maintain the security and integrity of your access.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Xtweep may take protective action when it reasonably believes an account is compromised, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise unsafe. That action can include forcing re-authentication, limiting visibility, removing access to specific features, suspending an account temporarily, or closing an account permanently if the risk to the platform, its users, or its legal compliance requires it.

2. Creator obligations and content responsibility

Creators are responsible for the content they upload, the rights they have to publish it, the descriptions and pricing they attach to it, and the audience settings they choose. You may not use Xtweep to publish material you do not have the legal right to share, to mislead users about what is being sold, to evade lawful moderation, or to abuse purchases and subscriptions through false access promises. If you change a future price for locked content, the new price applies going forward and does not erase access already granted to users who completed an earlier valid purchase.

Creators must also respect platform policies related to safety, legality, consent, copyright, and user protection. Xtweep may ask for more information, hide a post, remove a post, limit discovery, or suspend a creator when a moderation concern is raised or when site integrity requires immediate action. The platform may also preserve relevant moderation records so repeat violations, unresolved reports, or serious abuse can be reviewed consistently over time.

3. Buyer, subscriber, and viewer expectations

Viewers may browse public content and, where offered, may purchase locked uploads or subscribe to creators for broader access. A one-time purchase generally grants the access associated with that completed transaction. A subscription grants access according to the creator plan and only while the plan remains active and properly paid. If a renewal fails or a subscription is cancelled, access may end when the paid period expires. Xtweep may rely on payment and entitlement records to determine whether a user should continue to receive access to a particular upload or creator library.

Users may not copy, redistribute, exploit, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or unlawfully share content obtained through Xtweep unless the creator or applicable law clearly allows it. Users also may not use reports, contact tools, or account features to harass others, submit knowingly false claims, interfere with moderation, or attempt to bypass access controls. Xtweep may restrict or suspend users who misuse the service, even if the misuse happens through front-end tools that would otherwise be available to ordinary accounts.

4. Payments, pricing, refunds, and access continuity

Prices shown on Xtweep may change over time because creators and administrators may adjust future pricing, subscription plans, features, or commercial settings. When a transaction is successfully completed, Xtweep may preserve the resulting access rights attached to that specific completed payment unless access must later be restricted for moderation, legal, fraud, chargeback, or security reasons. This means prior buyers should not automatically lose access simply because a creator later updates the future price of the same upload.

Xtweep may maintain payment, billing, renewal, and entitlement records needed to operate the service, evaluate disputes, prevent abuse, and support creator accounting. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or failed renewals may affect access where appropriate. The platform may also delay or refuse an attempted transaction when billing, fraud, technical risk, compliance, or moderation concerns are present. Payment availability may depend on provider rules, account status, and technical readiness at the time of checkout.

5. Reports, moderation, suspension, and service changes

Xtweep may provide reporting, deletion, hide, review, suspension, and enforcement tools so administrators can respond to complaints, policy concerns, and risks affecting the platform. Reports may be reviewed by administrators who can dismiss a report, hide a post, delete a post, suspend a creator, suspend a user temporarily, or apply a longer restriction where the seriousness of the issue justifies it. Xtweep may act with or without advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to reduce harm, preserve evidence, protect users, or enforce the rules of the service.

Xtweep may improve, redesign, remove, pause, or replace parts of the platform over time, including publishing tools, plan structure, layouts, moderation workflows, static page wording, and communication methods. The service is provided on an evolving basis, and features may change without an obligation to preserve every prior interface detail. However, Xtweep aims to maintain a professional front-end experience and to respect legitimate completed access rights unless moderation, legal, or technical integrity concerns require a different outcome.

6. Contact, interpretation, and continued use

If you need help with support, billing, moderation, privacy, or account questions, you should use the contact page available on the site. Xtweep currently does not publish a physical public office address on the platform, so support and policy communication are handled digitally. Notices may be sent through the website, your account, or the email associated with your account or your submitted ticket where appropriate.

By continuing to access or use Xtweep after these terms or related policy pages are updated, you agree to the then-current version published on the site, unless a different legal standard applies. If you do not agree with the current terms, you should stop using the service. These terms are intended to work together with the privacy page, platform rules, moderation actions, transaction records, and other site notices that explain how Xtweep operates in practice.
